Born and raised in northeastern China, Emma began playing ping-pong competitively at a very young age. Through the popular Chinese sport, Emma’s optimistic personality and ability to communicate with different cultures blossomed. This spirit also gave Emma the strength to face any problems no matter how difficult – which has come in handy as a staff engineer at T-O. Emma’s duties include developing temporary traffic control plans, signing and pavement marking plans, utility coordination, airport rehabilitation designs, and municipal infrastructure improvement. When not solving transportation issues for clients or swinging a ping-pong paddle, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends cooking delicious meals and playing board games.
