Will has lived in multiple states throughout his life including Oregon, Colorado, California, and now Idaho. He graduated from Boise State University in 2015 with a Bachelors. in Civil Engineering. Will has diverse experience in hydraulic analysis and design; modeling of riverine environments, bridges and culverts; hydrology, floodplain permitting, FEMA submittals, storm drainage, and construction observation. Will leads advanced hydraulic modeling production at T-O Engineers. He also has transportation design experience for the Idaho Transportation Department and Local Highway Technical Assistance Council projects preparing plan sets from preliminary to full PS&E packages.
In his free time Will enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, dog, and family camping. He also occasionally enjoys a round of golf with friends. As an all-season kind of man, in the Spring you will find him fly fishing the Boise and Owyhee Rivers. Come Fall, you will find him enjoying beautiful elk country in September and in the duck blind in October. Finally, in the Winter, you will find him in the chukar mountains, on the rivers and fields duck hunting, and of course, winter fly fishing.
