Job Description

T-O Engineers is looking to fill a key role in our thriving company.  We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to lead a surveying practice in our Spokane Office.   The successful candidate will have a professional network in the Spokane region and an ability to grow our existing survey practice in this market.  The candidate must have a PLS license in Washington and should have the ability to obtain an Idaho license.

Key traits for this position are strong communication, leadership and organizational skills; being a team player, an ability to occasionally work outdoors  as well as in a professional office environment on a wide variety of projects.  Personal appearance must be professional in the field and office. AutoCAD/Civil3D, Trimble Business Center skills and GPS/RTK, Robotic Total Station experience is a plus.  The successful candidate will also work closely with Survey Staff in our Coeur d’ Alene office.   

Position Requirements & Responsibilities Include:

  • Washington PLS and an established professional network in Spokane.
  • Ability to lead business development and marketing in Washington.
  • Ability to obtain Idaho PLS a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, organization and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors as well as in a professional office environment.
  • Strong skills using AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
  • Trimble Business Center, GPS/RTK and Robotic Total Station experience required.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual willing to listen with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment.
