Job Description

T-O Engineers is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 4 or more years of experience and able to contribute to our Meridian office as a Project Engineer for transportation projects. Candidates need to have a PE license as well as have extensive design experience.  Duties will include project design, preparation of drawings, mentoring of engineering interns, and client interaction. Strong computer and communication skills are a must.

Position Requirements & Responsibilities Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Idaho PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Four years minimum experience in the civil engineering field with transportation projects, preferably on public agency projects such as Idaho Transportation Dept (ITD) and Ada County Highway District (ACHD).
  • Computer skills a must including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Microstation/Inroads.
  • Ability to assist with leading existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the transportation group.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment.
