Idaho Club Class B Wastewater Reuse System

Sandpoint, Idaho

Client

Pend Oreille Bonner Development

Construction Value:

$3.3 Million

Overview:

The Idaho Club is a picturesque lake and golf course retreat located in Sandpoint, Idaho. In order to continue growth and development an upgrade to the existing wastewater system was required to accommodate a build-out of 600 Equivalent Residential Units (ERUs). The project included installation of over 30,000 LF of new sewer piping, a new 7.5 MG wastewater storage lagoon, a sand filter, effluent irrigation pump station and control building. T-O Engineers performed all the design and construction management for the wastewater system, and led the effort for permitting this Class B Wastewater Reuse System, to include effluent irrigation on the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course.
