Overview:

Since 2001 T-O Engineers has continued a successful relationship with Schweitzer and the Mountain Utility Company. One of many projects completed for Mountain Utility Company included a $9 million project to relocate and upgrade Schweitzer’s wastewater treatment and land application facilities. The first phase of this project, included design and construction of irrigation pump station upgrades, 9,000 LF of sewer force main, 6,000 LF of access roadway, and over 16 acres of wastewater irrigation area. Design for the second Phase of the expansion project, included two wastewater lagoons, a new irrigation pump station and an additional 60 acres in wastewater irrigation area. T-O also prepared the wastewater master plan, plan of operation, and application for a new wastewater reuse permit for the facility.
