- BS, Civil Engineering, Fort Lewis College
Coming to us from a small fishing town in Cordova, Alaska, James’s love for the outdoors and exploring new areas is vast. This fuel for life led James to his time at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado where he was involved in the design and construction of a gravity fed water pipeline system for his schools' chapter of Engineers Without Borders. His involvement in this project included help with a hydraulic modeling of system as well as implementation of the proposed water system in Northern Nicaragua.
With this experience James headed to the Northwest where he has spent the last year helping with storm water drainage and treatment projects and working on preliminary and final design, drafting, utility coordination and construction inspection.
