Dusty Obermayer, PLS, Appointed to Idaho Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors

Dusty Obermayer, PLS, and Coeur d’Alene Survey Manager for T-O Engineers, has officially been appointed by the Governor’s office to the Idaho Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors.

The Board’s mission statement is “safeguard life, health, and property by assuring that those who practice the professions of engineering and land surveying attain and maintain competence in those professions."

Dusty’s duties as a member of the Board will include reviewing and making decisions on complaints to the board, reviewing and deciding disciplinary action when needed, reviewing licensure applications, and records keeping under the laws and rules pertaining to the practice of the professions of engineering and land surveying. He will also be a part of any changes to administrative rules such as rules of professional responsibility, rules of continuing professional development and rules of procedure.
