MERIDIAN, ID – T-O Engineers, a full service civil engineering firm providing planning, project design, land surveying, and construction administration services, hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for the relocation of their corporate office in Meridian. The new corporate office, located at 2471 South Titanium Place in the Silverstone Corporate Center, held the ceremony on Wednesday, June 29.
T-O Engineers is excited to announce that we have been selected by the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport as their consultant for a term of up to five years. During this period, we plan to complete a variety of projects for the airport including a facility to house their airport fire station; snow removal equipment and administration; acquisition of an airport fire truck; runway rehabilitation; and several other projects. Friday evening, Friedman Memorial Airport celebrated the life and career of engineer, Todd C. Combs. A year after unveiling the expanded remodeled airport terminal, the new Todd C. Combs Management & Operations Center was commemorated. Combs had dedicated much of his professional career to the airport, consulting on taxiway relocation first in 2001. He was working on the airport’s safety project at the time of his death.
T-O Engineers is excited to announce that we were ranked 1st place out of 7 consultant submittals to provide on-call hydraulics review services to the Idaho Transportation Department District 3. This work is a new direction for ITD where T-O will be reviewing hydraulic work products authored by other consultants for compliance with ITD standards. Typical hydraulic reviews would be for bridges, culverts and roadway drainage.
T-O Engineers is proud to announce that we were selected by the Idaho Transportation Department for the US 95 Echo Drive to Milepost 515.5 project in Boundary County, Idaho. This project includes survey and roadway design for rehabilitation of 4.5 miles of US 95, including pavement overlay, approach and turnout improvements, guardrail replacements and other safety improvements.
T-O Engineers is proud to announce we were selected for the SH 200, Strong Creek Bridge, East Hope, Project for the Idaho Transportation Department. This project will include hydraulic analysis, geotechnical evaluation, topographic and right-of-way survey in support of ITD design of a bridge replacement.
MERIDIAN, ID – T-O Engineers is excited to announce the publication of the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) Synthesis 71 – Airport Safety Risk Management Panel Activities and Outcomes. Aviation Project Manager, Nathan Cuvala, PE, proposed the topic for research and served on the project oversight panel.
“I am excited for the release of the finished publication as it will help all airports better understand and participate in the FAA’s Safety Risk Management (SRM) panel process,” said Cuvala.
Following the completion of a successful Airport Master Plan Project at the Shoshone County Airport, T-O Engineers was recently selected by Shoshone County for two separate selections. T-O was reselected to provide airport planning services for the upcoming environmental assessment at the airport to acquire land for future expansion of the airport. The environmental assessment will also include future landside and airside development for future development at the facility.

For the last five years we have focused on infrastructure improvements including relocation of parallel Taxiway B, reconstruction of Taxiway A2, and the rehabilitation of two runways. Now T-O will focus on the future of the Ephrata Municipal Airport!
